Nurseplus is in the process of digitally transforming its Technology suite and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. The business has a number of concurrently running projects planned and as such we require further resourceto help deliver our projects and realise the associated benefits.

They will have the autonomy to make their own decisions within the scope of the project and will need to build successful relationships with the operational staff within the business to drive change.

Previous experience in managing software implementation projects is essential, experience within the Recruitment industry is preferred.

**The main duties of the Senior IT Project Manager role include**:

- Managing and leading designated projects across the business.
- Defining the project scope and objectives, including all relevant Stakeholders when necessary and ensuring feasibility.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs and confidently communicating these changes to the wider business.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan and creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Managing project risks and escalating to Project Sponsors as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to measure project performance and success.
- Familiarisation with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in project management and able to demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects, simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to engage with various audiences to explain technical and professional matters in a way clearly so that is fully understood by all.
- Excellent stakeholder management / change management skills.
- Flexible approach, able to respond to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to use initiative and able to work under pressure to solve problems.
- Be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is quick to pick up on new ideas, technology or information and has a detail orientated mindset.
- Experience of leading software implementation projects, preferably in a recruitment environment.
