A private dental practice based in heart of Camden is currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join on a full-time basis.

You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries and will help support the patients throughout their treatment journey. The roles include both Receptionist duties and some elements of Treatment coordination.

The **key responsibilities **include:

- Scheduling and canceling patient appointments
- Follow up / process a high number of patient leads or inquiries.
- Other reception works as managing inventory, supplies, communicating with vendors, etc.
- Following through and helping patient along the whole treatment journey, answering any questions they may have about treatments
- Discuss patient needs, engaging and making a genuine connection with customers and giving a thorough understanding of their treatment plans and finance options
- Office duties including document filing, scanning, etc..
- Being active on social media, taking reviews and perform other marketing work as required by management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills developed in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English)
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office & Dental specific “Software of Excellence”)
- Be comfortable with maintaining spreadsheets
- A self-starter who can organise and prioritise their own workload to maximise sales from private treatments. Background in sales and marketing/event management would be beneficial for the role

Whilst dental knowledge is important, the most important attributes we are looking for are great people skills, team worker, hardworking, excellent communication skills and someone who is full of life and bubbly character.
