We are currently operating in a hybrid working environment, meaning that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern optionsfor the role with the hiring manager.
**What will you be doing?**:

- Supporting, triaging and investigating complex issues
- Conducting Incident, Change and Problem management (ITIL)
- Dealing with complex issue triage, investigation and coordination to closure
- Conducting data and configuration change execution
- Providing on call support and ad-hoc overtime
- Reviewing of implementation plans & release documentation & testing
- Deputising for the technical lead when required
- Participating in service transition activities
**What we're looking for**:

- Knowledge and working within an ITIL Service Management support environment with specific focus on Incident Management & Problem Management and associated tools
- Familiarity of tools such as Kibana, Jenkins, Wily and AppDynamics
- Previous experience in technical support/ problem solving
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Knowledge of MQ and Unix
- Familiarity with JSon scripts and Mongo Db
