**Office & Travel Administrator**

**Overview**

Glent Group is a dynamic CSA specialist in Groundworks, Concrete Works, Underground Services, Structural Alterations, and External Works operating in Europe is seeking a skilled Office & Travel Administrator to join our team.

**The Role**
- This is a very diverse role that entails predominantly travel and administrative duties
- Reception duties: Acting as the first point of contact for guests, staff and general enquiries, deliveries etc
- Office Coordinator duties: Ensuring the office, meeting areas and tea points are kept presentable, and the rubbish and recycling is maintained daily through the cleaning contractor.
- Travel Coordinator duties: Assisting with staff travel bookings and management of spreadsheets
- Liaising with building and facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, landlord and security system services.
- Manage and order stationary, office and catering supplies and replenish as necessary to ensure supplies never run out
- General Administrator support duties:

- Updating spreadsheets
- Expense management
- Management of post

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, handling day-to-day operations, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination is a great advantage.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and keep the office environment running efficiently.
- Experience with office procedures, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Accuracy in tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and handling confidential information.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour to create a welcoming office environment.
- Ability to adapt to changes and take on additional duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Experience with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones.
