**The Role**

As a Data & Reporting Analyst you'll oversee reporting related to our business activity. Using data from tools such as JIRA, Applicant Tracking Systems and other internal/3rd party software, you'll produce, update and maintain reports that are vital to ourdecision-making process.

Collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of PeopleScout's EMEA & US clients. Whilst some of your work may be solely for internal purposes, other reports will be produced for our clients - either scheduledregularly, or on an ad hoc basis.

Treating each new request as unique, you'll listen to the needs of your stakeholder, and deliver a report that meets their requirements, extracting and manipulating the data and presenting it in a digestible format.

As you develop in this role, we'll look to you to provide insight, guidance and recommendations to our Operations teams. Sharing your knowledge and expertise of system functionality, you'll help steer the design of future recruitment processes.

**Who we're looking for**

With a keen eye for detail, you'll combine your technical understanding of IT systems with your honed analytical skills, turning each requirement into a new system process. As part of our small team, you'll have a lot of responsibility

To be a success in this role, you'll be:

- A confident communicator, able to make complex information understandable at all levels
- Comfortable working to deadlines on multiple projects at once
- Able to demonstrate your organisation and time management skills

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), or Structured Query Language (SQL)
- An understanding of databases
- Some experience of administrating Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Talentlink or Avature)
- Some experience of using data visualisation tools (for example DOMO)

Any knowledge of project management techniques would be beneficial but isn't essential.
