**Description**
**Job Title**: Undergraduate Submarines Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
**Location**: Barrow (Cumbria)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
**Salary**: £24,300
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Supporting managers and advisors to implement the SHE management systems, including delivery of objectives and plans.
- To support in the development and embedding of an improved safety culture within the Submarines business and support the SHE improvement programme.
- Assist key risk reduction and improvement SHE projects and activities.
- Provide support to audits, accidents and near miss investigations.
- Reviewing and interpreting safety, health and environmental reports.
- Understand ISO45001 and ISO14001 governance processes and how they are applied.
