Reporting to the European Operations Controller, you will work at our European Head Officein Gravesend on a full-time, permanent basis (Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30, with some flexibility required). As a Cost and Operations Analyst at Moove, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide accurate and insightful information for fast and reliable decision-making. You will support our lean agenda and culture of efficiency byworking to reduce operational complexity and costs. Key Responsibilities:

- Collate and analyse operational performance data to produce insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Operations and Finance teams.
- Develop and expand the use of operational performance data to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support cross-functional business initiatives.
- Maintain the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy of costing and product line profitability.
- Work with Procurement and Technical teams to measure and track value-engineering initiatives and capture cost trends of key materials.
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
- Provide support to the European Finance Team during peak workload periods.

Desirable Skills:

- Business-related qualification or studying towards one.
- Previous product-costing experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
