**Technical Support Assistant**

BigShots are an exciting new entertainment venue in North West London (Harrow), as part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a ‘Technical Support Assistant’.

The ‘Technical Support Assistant’ is responsible for supporting the technical services of the venue with a particular emphasis on customer service.

Started in the US as an exciting new entrant into the competitive socialising industry. In 2018 the company entered into a joint venture with Club Corp US to expand across North America and in Winter 2021 BigShots Golf launched its first site in the UK at BigShots Golf Northwick Park, Harrow, North London.

**The ‘Technical Support Assistant’ Role**:
This person in this role will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the many systems employed by the business. These will include the following systems:

- Audio/Visual
- VOIP Phone
- CCTV
- Gaming
- Food & Beverage
- Personal Computing (laptops etc.)
- Server (various)
The role will encompass the following:

- Respond to support issues in a timely manner and escalate when required
- Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues on-site and remotely when needed
- Provide training on the internal systems
- Be prepared to work at weekends or evenings as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support events by means of ensuring the Audio/Visual requirements of the client are met
- Ensure all PC’s are maintained, updated and repaired as required
**Skills required**:

- Previous experience working in an IT Support position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System
- Experience of Linux not required, but would prove useful
- Experience with Microsoft 365, VOIP telephone systems, Networking, Payment Kiosks and devices
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Able to work well as part of a team and under own initiative
- Ability to work well under-pressure and prioritise their own workloads
