This is a key support role focused on maintaining and improving the Council's housing stock through efficient repair services.Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate repairs across Council-owned housing, with a focus on one of the following areas: responsive repairs, mechanical and electrical services, or void properties.Raise and manage work orders for repairs, voids, and M&E tasks.Monitor job progress, liaise with contractors and residents, and ensure timely completion of works.Review and validate invoices against repair orders to maintain financial governance.Maintain accurate records, including safety certificates and compliance documentation.Collaborate with Contract Surveyors to uphold repair standards and manage costs effectively.Provide technical advice and support on maintenance issues.Offer guidance and assistance to residents, including those w...
