This is a permanent opportunity to join their Income team within the Finance Department, in a senior/team leader role as a Finance Officer. This role will be based in Morley, Leeds.
**Description**
The role duties include:
- Management of all Sales Ledger activity, acting as first point of escalation for the wider team
- Reconciliation of complex, high volume sales ledger accounts
- Identification of billing errors vs agreed rates
- Identification of receipting and allocation errors
- Clear, concise reporting of true account balance(s)
- Reporting and analysis of unallocated cash
- Reporting and analysis of part-allocated transactions
- Daily matching of bank receipts
- Dealing with any discrepancies or omissions as they arrive
- Process/collate and balance all rent payments
- Month end procedures
**Profile**
- Have relevant experience in a finance role;
- Have experience or the desire to progress into a senior / team leader / supervisory role;
- Be proactive towards work
- Be a great communicator
- Have good computer literacy
**Job Offer**
On offer is £25,600 annual salary, an excellent benefits package including flexitime, up to an additional 2-days leave from accrued hours per month, hybrid working, free parking, permanent contract, annual leave increasing with service, excellent pension,annual pay reviews and increases.
This role is based in Morley, Leeds.
