**Job Title: Relief Concierge Operative**

**JOB SPECIFICATION**

**Reports to: Regional Support Manager**

**Contract: Casual relief work to cover annual leave, additional cover requests, sickness and or absenteeism. 12-hour shifts (11am to 11pm, Monday to Saturday)**

**Based: South London**

**Salary**:£13.15 per hour.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

What you will be doing:

- First point of contact for the building
- Keeping everyone on the premises safe
- Providing customer service with a smile and managing visitors
- Patrolling the premises
- Reporting incidents.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are looking for somebody reliable, well mannered, with good communication skills, a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence and a Fire Marshal certificate. With a keen eye and a brilliant way with people, you must be a friendly face who enjoys helping the public and being on your feet all day. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Regularly check fire panel for faults and alerts
- Patrol the premises
- Act as first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Engage in training to ensure up to date knowledge of site
- Maintain and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations at all times
- Act in a professional manner at all times.
