We’re looking for a highly motivated **Lettings Administrator**to support our fantastic team in branch in **Northampton**.As our **Letting Administrator**you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer facing environment.

**Key responsibilities of aLettings Administrator**

The main purpose of this role is to manage our move ins which will include creating the tenancy paperwork, liaising with tenants to ensure their referencing is completed as quickly as possible, ensuring all the safety certificates are in place & helpingour tenants and landlords with any queries they may have during the process.

**Skills and experience required to be a successfulLettings Administrator**
- Experience as an **Administrator** / **Customer Service** or similar role
- Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
- **Resilient**, **positive**, **numerate** and **detail oriented**:

- **Organised** and able to **prioritise** workload in a faced paced environment
- Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
