Harnham has partnered with a leading Real Estate on their search for a Contract Insight Manager to join their dedicated consumer research team

**THE COMPANY**
This UK-based Real Estate Management Consortium is a multi-national with millions in revenue and of thousands of employees. They are looking to better understand their new and existing customer and are now looking to bring in a select handful of insight contractorsto support this project.

**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**As an Insight Manager you will be tasked with the following:

- Develop research briefs for field agencies to develop data around key business questions covering both qualitative and quantitative research
- Compile and analyse research data to understand the findings
- Develop insight and actionable intelligence to deliver to senior stakeholders

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
**A successful Insight Manager will have the following:

- Strong experience working in research or customer insight
- Strong technical skills in developing insight from research data
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Tableau beneficial
- A background in customer experience

**THE BENEFITS
**Once placed an Insight Manager can expect to receive between £350-£400 per day, inside of IR35. The role will be for an initial period of 6 months and hybrid remote from their London office
