Motor Claims Handler

Due to growth and expansion this Global Loss Adjusting organisation have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Motor Claims Handler with exceptional customer service skills, to join their experienced Motor Division where you will deal with all aspectsof a Motor Claims from first notification through to settlement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will manage the whole life-cycle of the loss including vehicle repairs, credit hire or injury, whether you have only dealt with one element of a Motor Claim but looking to develop your skills and experience you will be offered encouragement and fullsupport to enable you to fully manage your own caseload and have full ownership as well as offering the opportunity to deal with more complex claims.
- Enthusiasm and willing to learn and grow is key.
**About you**:
- Experience of dealing with motor claims - repair, credit hire or injury.
- Exceptional customer services skills and experience
- Strong organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise your own workload
- The ability to work within a targeted environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A good level of education - at least to GSCE level or equivalent

**Remote working UK - up to £30,000 per annum plus an excellent benefits package, offering full training development programme with the opportunity to progress and help and support towards Industry qualifications (CILA). Working hours 35 hours perweek Monday to Friday.
