**The Role**

We are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive to join our team in either Leeds, Newcastle or Carlisle. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and motivated person to maximise their career potential within our Corporate Finance team.

The Armstrong Watson Corporate Finance team includes 5 Partners, significant deal flow and a wide variety of projects.

The main elements of this role will include:

- Working directly for a team of Assistant Managers and Managers across the Corporate Finance team
- Ensuring full implementation of all client work projects aligns with both AW and FCA expected standards and procedures
- Working alongside the existing team on a variety of exciting transactions including MBO's, Disposals, Aquisition's, Private Equity fundraising, Debt fundraising, company valuations and other strategic advice
- Providing specialist input and direction into projects, formulating and providing advice to clients
- Managing and playing an active role in ensuring a first-class service is provided to our clients
- Being at the heart of our business advisory offering as well as supporting the Corporate Finance Partners and interacting with our clients directly
- Newly qualified or have up to 2 years PQE
- A professional qualification (Accounting or Corporate Finance)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and have an eye for detail
- Motivated and determined to help our clients and provide an exemplary service on all set assignments
- A confident character and keen to develop your career in Corporate Finance
