**About the role**

A Change Management Coordinator is required to facilitate and manage project and product changes within Vision RT. Change management is the process of planning, implementing, and guiding changes to processes, systems, technologies, or structures to achieve desired outcomes and minimise disruptions. This role is essential in ensuring changes are well planned, effectively communicated to employees and stakeholders and smoothly integrated into the business.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Stakeholder communication: Identifying and engaging key stakeholders who will be affected by the changes and involving them in the change management process. Effectively communicate the purpose, benefit, and impact of the required changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to the change management process.
- Risk Management: Working with key stakeholders in compliance to identify potential risks and challenges associated with the changes and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Collecting feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and refine change management approaches.
- Coordination: Working closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and cohesive approach to changes.
- Cultural Alignment: Ensuring that changes align with the organization’s culture and values and fostering a positive environment for change.
- Change Management Tools: Utilising in-house software tools to streamline processes, track progress, and facilitate communication. Maintain the Design history file for new and existing product designs.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Strong experience in project or change management.
- Knowledge of engineering or production manufacturing.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of manufacturing process and quality requirements
- Strong attention to detail, focus on high quality.

**Desirable Skills & Experience**
- Production in medical industry (devices, equipment or pharmaceutical)

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
