**Job Summary**
Miamé are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety standards are met.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Daily stock reporting to management
- Weekly/ad-hoc inventory reporting to management
- Attending all-expenses paid training sessions when required.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers create an enjoyable experience.

**Experience**
- Barista: 3 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
