Customer Service Administrator

Our services include repairs, maintenance and new installations for domestic and commercial customers. The foundation of our business is excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone to join our small office team. The ideal person will have experience of working within an office, will demonstrate good administrative capabilities and knowledge of job management and cloud-based systems. The successful person will be able to manage customer enquiries on a daily basis, arranging works, supporting our team of engineers and sometimes working under pressure as part of a small team. Experience within the plumbing, heating or construction industry would be advantageous, but is not a necessity for applicants. Social media skills would also be beneficial.
The successful person will
- Be fully computer competent (E.g., Microsoft Office, cloud computing, CRM)
- Have an ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Have excellent organisational skills and be proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate administrative support to customers and colleagues
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have good local knowledge
- Be able to follow direction but also work using own initiative
- Have previous experience in customer service showcasing excellent customer service skills
- Have a can-do attitude
Role will include
- Dealing with engineer and customer requests in a fast paced environment
- Answering the phone quickly and efficiently, dealing with customers in a confident and professional manner
- Planning the engineers’ schedules and routes effectively and efficiently
- Prioritising work, ensuring jobs are received, allocated and completed in a professionally and in a timely manner
- Managing customer contact through our job management / crm software
- Data entry
- Compiling customer quotations and invoices
- Developing good working relationships with customers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
