Office Administrator

We are currently on the hunt for an Office Administrator to join our team in our Chepstow depot. The purpose of the role is help support the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career path and join a growing business, learning about every aspect of administration.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Carry out safe digs for planned/faults.
- Log all POD’s for the Chepstow Depot.
- Work on our internal Planning Systems.
- Carry out any other duties appropriate for the role.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability present to mixed audiences.
- Excellent time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and manage expectations.
- Attention to detail.
- Driving Licence.
