Our Client is the UK's biggest end-to-end commercial vehicle fleet management business managing and maintaining a fleet of 80,000 vehicles across 65 garages. They are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Manager to join the team based at their Doncaster Office. Your role as a Customer Service Team Manager will be to promote and encourage the culture of having fun whilst getting results through performance management and in ensuring there is a constant focus on delivering an excellent customer service and in buildingan energetic and engaged Team. To be a success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate passion for your people and be able to evidence how you coach and develop those individuals to deliver an exceptional service to all of our customers. You will have a clear plan on how you will usethe reporting available, alongside the assigned metrics, to create a high performing team with a "can-do, customer first mindset What you'll do as a Customer Service Team Manager: - Engage the team daily, to ensure that they have all the communication they need to succeed in their role - Ensure the team understand the Customer journey whilst regularly linking into the Contact Centre Manager for ways to improve. - Ensure that the resource plans for the team are well organized, support peak busy periods and mitigate leave and absence. - Coach the team through a mixture of one-to-one call coaching, appraisals and development sessions - Monitor and drive the team to exceed all their performance metrics, while delivering continuous excellent customer service - Leverage the companies reporting structures to update the senior management team on performance trends and improvement plans. - Attend customer calls or meetings as and when necessary. What you've got: - A proven track record in cultivating and driving exemplary levels of customer service - A proven record of managing high performance teams - An ability to lead, coach, motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals - Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt style to suit the situation - Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of the main Microsoft Office packages How you'll be successful: - A clear personal development plan for everyone in the team - Improved employee engagement survey results - Successful attainment of all customer service performance metrics - Positive feedback from key stakeholders including customers
