This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for **Digital Administrator** who understand and communicate complex technical information, serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and provide strategic solutions that meet client needs.

**Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)**
- Maintain and administer digital systems and platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), intranet, and collaboration tools.
- Provide first-line technical support for internal users, resolving issues related to access, digital workflows, and platform functionality.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and responsiveness of digital services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
- Assist in software updates, backups, and system maintenance tasks.
- Support the implementation of new digital tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with the IT and communications teams to ensure digital content and assets are accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate system usage reports and help identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security policies.
- Provide technical support to users on digital platforms, troubleshooting issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Manage databases and ensure data integrity, including regular backups and security protocols.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on digital tools and platforms to enhance usability and efficiency.
- Manage integration of digital systems with other organizational tools and platforms.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect digital assets and sensitive information.
- Administer and maintain digital platforms, including websites, content management systems (CMS), and collaboration tools.
- Ensure the website content is user-friendly, optimized, and relevant to industry practices to reduce bounce rate
- Translate data findings into content solutions by researching current and emerging trends, web analytics, etc.
- Manage multiple content priorities by implementing content management tools to streamline workflow and efficiency
- Maintain documentation of digital processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Proficiency in administering digital tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Office 365, CMSs, ticketing systems).
- 2+ years of experience with a content marketing firm
- Proficiency in one or more CMS; WordPress is preferred
- Experience in with SEO principles and digital marketing tools
- Solid understanding of HTML formatting, CSS Framework, Web Development framework, Photoshop editing, digital platforms, CMS, and web technologies.
- Knowledge of database management and data security best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with analytics tools and reporting.
- Proficiency in system administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) or low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with helpdesk and ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Fresh service, or Jira.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent is a plus.

**Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.**

**Salary**:GBP 31000 to 50000 per annum**
