**Job Title: Marketing & Digital Content Creator**

**Location: Leicester**

**Job Type: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and visually appealing content tailored for Instagram and Facebook to attract and retain followers.
- **Photography and Videography**: Capture high-quality photos and videos in a hospital and clinical environment, ensuring a professional and sensitive approach.
- **Editing Skills**: Edit photos and videos to produce polished and impactful visuals.
- **Website Management**: Update, manage, and optimise our company website for seamless user experiences and enhanced search engine rankings.
- **Online Reputation Management**: Proactively manage online reviews, responding to feedback in a professional and timely manner.

In addition, performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office such as:

- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Sending letters to patients, GPs, and clinicians
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Updating patient records, scanning letters and documents
- Using a practice management system to manage patient records

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)
- A Level or equivalent (required)
- Currently enrolled in a university degree/course
- At least 1 year of experience in social media, marketing, administration, or similar
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in photography, photo editing, and videography is an added advantage

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
