**About The Role**:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an **HR Assistant** to become a vital part of our onsite **HR Team** at **_Forza Foods_**. If you are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you

**Position Details**:

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating morning & afternoon shifts of 6am - 3pm and 1:30pm - 10:30pm (must be able to work both of these shifts)
- Location: Forza Foods, Normanton, this is a site based role
- Contract Type: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide References & Employment Confirmations: Ensure timely and accurate provision of references and employment confirmations
- Recruitment Support: Assist with various recruitment activities as needed
- Employee Records Management: Update employee records with any changes and ensure all documentation is scanned and saved centrally
- Absence Review Scheduling: Support the scheduling of stage 2 & 3 absence reviews
- Performance Review Support: Attend and support performance review meetings, ensuring they are completed efficiently
- Return to Work (RTW) Interviews: Conduct RTW interviews in the absence of HR Coordinators
- Staff Inductions: Conduct thorough staff inductions to welcome new employees
- Disciplinary and Grievance Support: Assist with lower-level disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
- Employee Engagement: Participate in activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement
- Team Communication: Maintain excellent communication within the HR team
- Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all colleagues and report any Health & Safety issues to Hygiene Management
