Showroom Onsite Sales Associate ( Part time)

Location : Great Portland Street, W1W 6PB

Hours - 20h per work. Must be available to work every Saturday

You will be at heart of our customer interaction, assisting customers, offering guidance to all our customers. You will also need to be answering phone calls and supervising customer service and inquiries.

No prior industry experience is essential, but retail experience preferable, genuine interest in knives and cooking. You must be Enthusiastic with great communication skills a passion for helping customers. Your primary role will be creating a welcoming atmosphere, showcasing our products, and addressing customer inquiries.

Key Qualification
- Excellent communication skills.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge.
- A welcoming and helpful demeanour.
- Be genuinely interested in knives and knife sharpening.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft office software (Excel and Word).
- Enthusiasm for assisting customers.
- Ensure that all customers are dealt with professionally and in line with company standards.
- Be trustworthy and reliable.
- Available to for weekends

We will provide knife technician training which will allow you to grow and develop within the role.

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- Flexitime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
