A client of ours is looking for a permanent position on the following job description.

Great opportunity has arisen within a very successful Food Production company in Paddock Wood.

The hours of work are from 9am-6pm (or until the production ends) Monday-Friday.

Key responsibilities:
General cleanliness and tidiness of production area, equipment and appliances

Understand the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and equipment.

Report on the supply and quality of items used to carry out daily tasks.

Receiving, checking and safely storing production deliveries

Preparation of food including raw meat, some vegetables

Understand the principles of safe food handling, to ensure all food preparation undertaken in production is to the highest standards.

Ensure the safety, legality and quality of our products, while ensuring CCP’S are adhered to.

Some manual handling

The successful applicant will need to have the following skills/knowledge/experience:
Experience of working within the food sector

Experience/willing to learn machine operations

Willingness to take a certificate in basic food hygiene

The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good team working skills

If you have worked within food preparation role ,have any experience within food production factory or catering we will very interested to hear from you

Full time hours: 45 per week
