Accommodation Clerk

We are recruiting an Accommodation Clerk to join our team working at RAF Northolt, HA4 6NG.

You will be responsible for managing accommodation bookings, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clear and effective communication with both colleagues and customers.

This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.**

- This is a **permanent part-time position, 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:00.**:

- The hourly rate is **£12.21**.

**A day in the life of an Accommodation Clerk**:

- Process booking requests through various communication methods.
- Prepare arrival packs for overnight guests to the site.
- Maintain accurate software and excel databases.
- Communicate with other Aramark departments such as the cleaning team and management.
- Liaise with the onsite customer departments as needed.
- Complete additional arrival and departure processes for long-term guests.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow GDPA processes.

**You will be set up for success if you have**:

- Been resident in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Can pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Similar work experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
