Project Coordinator

We are seeking a **Contract Coordinator** to join our dynamic team and support the management of a national grounds maintenance contract, along with providing essential assistance on other exciting projects. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Liaison**: Be a point of contact for a national client account, managing schedules, updates, and communications.
- **Work Planning**: Plan and organise work schedules for on-site teams, ensuring seamless execution.
- **Job Coordination**: Create job cards and ensure all details are accurate for team deployment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Ramora General Manager to coordinate works with other clients.
- **Client Communication**: Inform end-users of attendance dates and maintain a professional relationship.
- **Business Development**: Identify and secure reactive business opportunities with the client.
- **Administration**: Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth project management.
