MPAAS is a leading metering, debt and Revenue Protection service, working on behalf of many major household names within the utilities sector.

We are delighted to be recruiting for Resolution/Warrant officers to join our growing field team. The role of a Resolution / Warrant Officer is to visit our client’s customers at their premises, both commercial and residential to re-engage communications around outstanding debt and Revenue Protection issues, interact and carry out activities aligned to our clients requirements on site.

You will also be visiting premises to discuss payment options, investigate instances of potential non-payment and theft, new occupier details, confirm meter readings, support installation of pre-payment meters and where required undertake warrants of entry.

**The Role**:

- Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis between 7am-8pm (Some Saturday working may also be required)
- Assisting customers to resolve financial difficulties and vulnerabilities
- Information gathering on properties and people
- Investigating instances of potential theft of Gas and Electricity
- Engaging with customers who have lost contact with our clients
- Undertake Warrants of entry
- Arranging installation of pre-payment gas and electric meters

**Requirements for the Role**
- Full, manual driving licence.
- Clean DBS.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage own work loads.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
- Work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company.
- Proactively work towards all targets set.
- Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with client procedure.
- Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.

**Benefits**:

- **Basic Salary**: £26,000
- **Bonus Scheme**: OTE of £35,000

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Work Location: On the road
