**Purpose of Role**:
Support the delivery of Asset Management activities to our Clients within an asset intensive utility environment. This will be done through the implementation of asset information and maintenance standards, management of workforce systems, with the objective of improving and sustaining our client’s operations.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Your key areas of input will be to help create and implement the standards, processes and systems that will help our clients obtain the maximum value and efficiency from their assets covering:
Help to evaluating performance of water assets and identifying improvements

Assisting in the assessing of effectiveness of existing operational and maintenance activities and identifying improvements

Support Clients through delivery of transformative Operations and Maintenance projects.

**Key Relationships and personnel**:
Internally, you will be part of the Asset Management department, supporting clients’ projects and assisting with other internal departments as required. Externally you will may have daily interaction with client working groups in a service delivery environment.

The ability to work within a team but also alone (and know which is appropriate in which situation) is essential.

**Required Competences**:
Ideally from an Operational and Maintenance background, however other industry experience will be considered. Ability to understand works performance both from data, but also from direct observation of site and equipment performance. Ideally some experience of delivery of infrastructure work, either from Client side or contractor, however not crucial. Comfortable participating in workshops, either online (E.g., Teams) or in person

**Special Requirements**:
Travel to other Binnies and Client offices/sites will be required. Depending on the base location and the requirements of the project being undertaken, this could involve regular travel and staying overnight as required.
