**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Doggy Daycare assistant who will have a genuine love for animals and the ability to manage various pet-related tasks. This role requires reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring the well-being of pets while they are at our Daycare.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide daily care for pets, including walking, interacting with the dogs and playing with them as per our enrichment schedule.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for pets by maintaining hygiene standards.
- Engage with pets through play and exercise to promote their physical and mental well-being.
- Monitor pet behaviour and health, reporting any concerns to the owner promptly.
- Maintain clear communication with pet owners regarding their pet’s status and any issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to pet owners' needs.

**Qualifications**
- Level 3 Ofqual and canine first aid.
- Previous experience in animal care or veterinary settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various animal behaviours and needs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety for both the sitter and the pets.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with pet owners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£2,600,000.00 per year
