**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Assist the marketing manager in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and inbound sales enquiries
- Plan and manage ongoing organic activity across all social media (Twitter, Facebook etc ) to increase reach and engagement and maximise our use of the social space
- Create a monthly content calendar for multiple products and social media platforms
- Create high-quality written and visual social content that is sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action
- Optimise company pages within each platform to increase visibility
- Assist with the creation of social media guidelines for our employees and the SANY network
- Assist with paid social media and display advertising campaigns, including any liaison with digital advertising agencies
- Assist with the online shop operation.
- Set up event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
- Update the company website with new products, company news, customer testimonials, campaign updates etc
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Monitor digital media trends and platforms, as well as industry competitors, identifying opportunities and making recommendations to drive business growth
- Assist the marketing manager with other ad-hoc marketing duties as required

**Skills and experience**:

- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Hands-on experience in creative content writing and asset creation
- A working knowledge of CMS systems, ideally WordPress
- A self-starter with strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ready to roll your sleeves up attitude and support colleagues as the team grows

**Nice to have (but not essential)**:

- Experience within the manufacturing and/or construction industry
- Marketing degree/professional diploma
- Video creation and editing skills, photoshop, InDesign or similar skills

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
