**What We Need from Yü**:
**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing**:

- Resolving aged debt in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure debt cases are processed as efficiently as possible through our field debt enforcement process
- Ensure preventative measures are executed before a debt problem occurs.
- Rectify any action/ issue that may risk postponing activity to stop further debt
- Identifying and accelerating higher risk cases through the enforcement journey
- Ensuring our external field partners capture accurate and factual information to enable quality decisions to be made on most appropriate debt resolution outcome
- Liaison with our external and internal field debt and metering teams to ensure a cohesive and uniformed approach
- Collecting overdue debts on the phone and negotiating payment arrangements with customers. Escalating poor potential outcomes to supervisors
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Preparing and providing accurate management information regarding own performance

- £5k bonus PA eligibility starts after successful competition of probation period, and successful completion of OKPI's.
