About the team:
The PMO team are part of the Integration & Change function working to deliver Business & IT change. The team work to support the delivery of projects and increase the likelihood of successful outcomes through assurance and analysis.

We are now looking for a Group Head of PMO and Portfolio to support the respective integration programmes and project delivery taking into consideration the required project management resources needed to meet the integration strategic objectives while also ensuring an effective Programme Management Office (PMO) is in place to support the delivery and governance needs.

What you will be doing:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Accountability for the provision of all key IMO and PMO services which include, planning, project financials, resourcing, risk and issue management, MI reporting, governance, controls and methodology compliance.
- Driving the agenda and report to the Portfolio Management Committee which governs the overall change portfolio under delegated authority from ExCo.
- Building a consultative relationship with all key stakeholders across integration and business as usual activities
- Supporting the development and agree appropriate budget and resourcing plans for all assigned projects
- Line managing and coaching all direct reports

Could you be the one?:
We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:

- Previous Line Management experience managing IMO/PMO professionals is essential.
- Previous experience in managing high profile projects in a lead or senior project management positon within the Financial Services industry is essential.
- Qualification in Programme and Project Support Office (BCS Professional Certification (formerly ISEB) PPSO) or equivalent qualification is essential
