_We are now looking for a Head of Commercial Agency, to join our busy based in Kettering_

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly Monday-Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and investment agency department within Berrys, providing developer and investor clients with exceptional consultancy advice.The department deals with acquisition and disposal of large developmentsites and high-value investment properties nationwide.

**Head of Commercial Agency Requirements**:

- Should have strong experience in commercial property, with a surveying practice, developer or property company.
- Will be self-motivated and keen to develop their skills and knowledge of this specialised area.An ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery will be key.
- This role will require travel primarily covering the Midlands and South region, but occasional nationwide travel maybe required
- the role is considered suitablefor a qualified chartered surveyor who has ambitions to operate within the investment and development field.
