Are you an experienced and well-rounded Senior CDM/ H&S professional, who has experience of delivering a variety of health & safety services within the property and construction sector and the business acumen to organically grow a service delivery team?

Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we’re looking for a passionate Head of Construction and CDM Services to join our Health and Safety Team.

**Why your role matters**

As the Head of the division you will assume responsibility of the Construction and CDM team and also cover projects on a regional and national basis. You’ll also be integral in the development and growth of the CDM and Construction proposition to clients.

**What you’ll be doing**

The Head of Construction and CDM Services will lead and manage a team of consultants, providing a risk-based construction solutions and CDM services. You will fulfil the role of Principal Designer/CDM Advisor.

You’ll work proactively to manage your own portfolio of key clients, providing construction and CDM Support, which will include attending pre=start/design meetings to support clients in advising Designers in significant risks and preparing relevant Design Risk Registers.

You’ll prepare Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans and Health and Safety Files, as well as undertaking construction site H&S audits and prepare reports.

**Where you’ll be working**
You’ll be home based, with an office base in Kettering and support clients on a national basis.
