Location: Head Office at St Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales (will have to travel on occasions)
Hours of work: Full Time 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Starting Salary: £32,000 per annum

About the Role:
As an excellent coach the ER Advisor will facilitate workshops and training in order to develop employee relations capability within the company.The ER Advisor will support the HR Coordinators for both HR and Payroll matters.
The post holder will generally act on their own initiative, analysing the facts and providing a range of options for consideration, identifying any associated risks, and will be comfortable engaging in challenging conversations.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need the following qualifications, qualities, abilities, and experience:
- Be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward or have relevant previous experience.
- Experience working with a broad range of ER cases.
- Experience advising on a broad spectrum of HR policies with managers and employees.
- The ability to design, deliver and implement ER training programmes.
- Confident, motivated, and determined.
- Flexible and enthusiastic with a can-do approach.
- The ability to actively listen and explore the root cause of queries from managers and employees.
- Ability to foster strong, positive relationships both internally and externally that are professional and constructive.
- Transformative mindset with a passion for driving value and change.
- Ability to handle exceedingly difficult or volatile situations or individuals effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.
- Highly numerate, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, in particular data accuracy and identification of errors.
- Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise and make decisions.
- Full UK Driving lisence essential
