Paediatric Practice Facilitator

We are looking to appoint an experienced paediatric nurse to work as a paediatric practice facilitator, supporting our expanding nursing workforce. A pro active and self motivated Paediatric Nurse who is not only passionate about delivering high quality care but is also passionate about supporting the development of the nursing team.
You will work alongside the Senior Practice Development Nurse to support, educate and empower the nursing team to develop their skills and knowledge.
