Clinical Practice Facilitator

The post holder will assist the Band 7 Practice Educator in delivering effective and efficient education and development strategies for the theatre department.
The post holder is expected to be 50% in clinical allocation to contribute to,and assist with, standard setting, regular auditing, team leading, coordinating, and supporting the management and in and the delivery of in house education programmes, including teaching and assessments
for registered and nonregistered colleagues. The post holder will act as a resource for all staff to maintain clinical practice that is evidence based and patient centre. The post holder will also be responsible for the routine daily planning and organisation of theatres / allocated anaesthetic /
recovery area for clinical procedures and practice.
