Workshop controller required for busy HGV workshop

Duties included in the running of the workshop

Raising and scheduling jobs for workshop and mobile techs

Allocation of work to mechanics to maximise performance

Good customer skills are required both face to face and by phone to make sure their needs are met to tight guidelines

Flexible approach is required due to the nature of the transport industry

Assisting with parts purchasing

Arranging recoveries where required

Producing estimates and quotes

We are a very busy, expanding, HGV workshop that pride ourselves on our customer service. We look after a varied range of customers / vehicles ranging from one man bands to large corporate companies.

We cover all types of repairs, maintenance and MOT presentations

This position may suit a fitter who wishes to come off the tools and has good customer relation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
