We’re recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in Portsmouth with the flexibility to work from home or any of our offices. This is a 3-month fixed term position, ideally working 37 hours per week but we can flex this.

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
You’ll be the first point of contact, advising our line managers in all employee relations matters. And attend and advise in disciplinaries, sickness and grievance meetings. You’ll ensure a fair and consistent approach and advise our people on wellbeing support, working practices and terms and conditions.

You’ll be an experienced HR advisor with a proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases, while ensuring fairness and consistency. You’ll be able to educate managers on procedures, employment law and best practice.
