**Construction Tutor**Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working in partnership with a fantastic training provider who are based in the North West of England. They deliver training and learning sessions in order to make a positive impact on the lives of young people livingin some of the most disadvantaged communities in the UK.
We are looking for a multi-skilled individual, who is able to provide insight to various courses under Construction. The individual will have relevant sector experience, and also have experience in delivering Apprenticeships within Construction previously.The Tutor will ideally have experience in the Property Maintenance Operative Standard.
- £35,000 - £40,000, based on experience
- Based in Liverpool
- 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Christmas Shutdown, 2 x Volunteer Holidays

**Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Construction Tutor**:

- Deliver engaging learning programmes in order to support learners.
- Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.
- Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications for the Construction Tutor**:

- Vocational experience in Construction (NEBOSH, or IOSH and Sector Experience)
- Teaching Qualification ideally at Level 4 or above (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience of delivering to groups through remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
- Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle is desirable.
