**Construction Tutor**

Pertemps Work Based Learning are currently working alongside a fast-growing training provider, who work nationally. The training provider has supported over 10,000 learners to gain further skills and develop their careers.
As a result of growth, they are now looking for a Construction Tutor to deliver courses aimed at unemployed learners. The Tutor will deliver short courses, using both classroom and online delivery. As a Construction Tutor, you will have sector experience working within Construction. The courses will last 1-2 weeks.
- £30,000- Based in Liverpool- 31 Days + Bank Holidays- Birthday Off- Company Health and Wellbeing Support Plan**Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Construction Tutor**
- Deliver engaging learning programmes in order to support learners.- Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.- Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress- Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidence**Skills, Experience and Qualifications for the Construction Tutor**
- Vocational experience in Construction (NEBOSH, or IOSH and Sector Experience)- Teaching Qualification ideally at Level 4 or above (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).-
- Experience of delivering to groups through remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams.- Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle is desirable.This position is being managed by Emily Purdie at Pertemps Work Based Learning. For more information, please contact 01913000513.
