Hyde is looking to recruit a HR apprentice.

Are you interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources? Do you have a passion for supporting employees and ensuring a positive work environment? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Apprentice at Hyde.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the HR team in various administrative tasks, including employee record management, data entry, and filing.
- Organising meetings, including co-ordinating participants, booking rooms and/or venues and sending calendar invites.
- preparing case work bundles and other paperwork as required.
- attending meetings as note taker and typing up any meeting notes as required.
- producing and sending out letters as required.
- Learn to prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Learn to respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR-related information and guidance.
- Monitor the probation process, liaising with managers in relation to formal review dates and escalate any extensions to the relevant HR Advisor.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A passion for supporting employees and promoting a positive work culture.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
