Our Growing Client in Oldham is looking to recruit a HR Advisor.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process end to end for a variety of different roles within the Company
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive the corporate mission
- Carry out a range of employee relations task including supporting on investigations and disciplinaries
- Administer all relevant personnel documentation including contracts of employment, offer letters, pay review updates etc.
- Analyse personnel date and provide recommendations of improvements
- Support managers in a variety of meetings
- Provide HR advice and guidance to staff members via various communication methods
- Maintain accurate personnel records both electronic and hard copies
- Aid team members run the month payroll
- Prepare and analyse reports when required by management

Additional skills / Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to work as a team and independently
