**WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED DOOR SUPERVISORS FOR THE PAISLEY AREA, PART TIME PERMANENT**

**Job Purpose**
- The primary role of a Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees.

**Job Overview**

As a Door Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of staff and customers, as well as protect assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- You may be stationed at the entrance, screening visitors for suitability.
- Deal with day to day enquiries
- Controlling entry and exit route
- Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
- Crowd control
- Being pro active making sure that customers are safe
- Carrying out Id checks

**Requirements**:

- A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence
- Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
- Good communication skills
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Be smartly dressed and groomed at all times
- Be able to have own transport or live locally.
- Ability to tackle emergency situations
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
