**THE ROLE**: As Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a full turnkey business solution into a variety of sectors, covering both public and private sectors. Dealing directly with procurement teams, EnvironmentalManagers and Operations Directors your role will be to identify and convert new business opportunities. You must be a confident, sales focused individual and be proactive in self-generating leads as this role is 100% new business, you will be working on 4-5projects at one time so must be able to manage your time effectively. You will be fully supported in your new business endeavours with internal support and a fully cleansed CRM system and strong existing pipeline.

They turn over £900m and have a workforce of over 7000, they continue to grow their presence withnew innovative products and solutions and want to bring on likeminded individuals to join their business.

**THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER**:

- Basic: up to £45,000
- Commission: OTE £20,000-£25,000
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Benefits: Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Healthcare, 25 days holiday + stats, full company benefits

**LOCATION**: Yorkshire (Sheffield, Doncaster, York, Leeds, Huddersfield and surrounding areas)
