**Gaming & Entertainment Manager**
**Fieldbased**
The role will be to work with the Operations team and Senior Gaming & Entertainment Manager to help maximise machines profitability across area of responsibility by providing an expert support service to help the Operations team maximise product mix, density& location and ultimately maximise machine profit, and to assist the Senior Gaming Manager to manage gaming and entertainment suppliers.
There are four Gaming & Entertainment Managers for retail - Two with responsibility for LP and two with responsibility for DFB & PUV.
**Role Responsibilities**
- To Deliver the machine P&L with regions of responsibility.
- Assist the Senior Gaming & Entertainment Manager to execute the Machines plan:
- Attend the OMs regional meetings to provide updates on progress within the region again the machine plan.
- Attend the BDM meetings (minimum once a year each BDM) to explain the machine plan and provide and update on key area metrics.
- Attend development briefs to agree with the PM, BDM & GM the optimum density, mix and positions for each pub.
- Work with the BDMs to ensure the 5 point plan is understood and lives in every business.
- Agree with BDM & GM how best to achieve right machine, right pub, right position in each and every pub.
- Teach, train and coach across the BDMs and PLT on all aspects of G&E.
- Hold regular review meetings with suppler Account Managers to monitor the performance of each machine within the region, arranging for game upgrades, machines changes and security checks as required.
- Advise OM, BDM and GM of different sales driving options.
**About you**
- You will have experience of gaming products within a retail environment.
- You will have experience of dealing with supplier management.
- You will have sound knowledge of entertainment / sales driving.
