Arena Manager

Role Overview
This is a hands-on management role where you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff, deliver outstanding customer service and host children's gaming parties and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation of the Newcastle-under-Lyme gaming arena
- Lead, train and motivate staff
- Host parties, Home Ed sessions, SEND sessions and events
- Handle incoming phone calls and take bookings
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and children
- Maintain a safe, clean and exciting environment
- Support tournaments, events and social media ideas
- Occasionally work at our other Hurricane venues when needed
About You
- Outgoing, confident and great with children
- A natural entertainer who brings fun and energy
- Good gaming knowledge across consoles and PC
- Reliable, organised and hard-working
- Strong team leader
- Good phone manner and able to take bookings
- Interest in tabletop games (Warhammer, D&D etc.)
- Able to work weekends
Hours
- 40 hours per week
- One weekday off (flexible)
- Weekend work essential
