**Duties**
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organise and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with clerical duties such as preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- UtiliseSage/Zero for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

- Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment inventory.

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,409.00 per year
