Junior Marketing Analyst

Rocking Zebra Recruitment is looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join an industry leading organisation based on the edge of Cirencester.

Joining an established Marketing team, the Junior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of marketing data quality, creating business analysis and providing business intelligence across the business and the wider partners.

**The day to day**
- Responsible for the day-to-day Business Intelligence services, responding to data requests.
- Be a member of the Smart Data team, providing input and advancing Business Intelligence capabilities.
- Build an ever-expanding knowledge and capability in Business Intelligence tools & skills.
- Manage and maintain data marketing data and information in the Data warehouse.
- Liaise with third party data providers to obtain and integrate value add data into data warehouse.
- Support Sales and marketing teams by providing analysis and recommendation for business opportunities.
- Create analysis of activities to assess success or results, such as end of campaign reports, events attendance, lead management, etc.
- Obtain data from activities and tools to integrate into the Customer engagement score.
- Analyse and report on data quality, providing support to improve such data.
- Analyse the activities of vendor plans and develop techniques to automate/improve tracking.
- Work with Sales and marketing teams in all countries to develop further analysis techniques or new data sources to enhance capabilities.

**To be considered**
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics or STEM is preferred but not essential
- Strong skills in process data
- Working knowledge of tools such as Excel/PowerBI
- Be able to work within target driven and pressurised environment
- Aptitude for developing new skills
- Excellent data visualisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and collaborate with cross-functional teams
